(深圳市越眾實業股份有限公司), and Hong Kong Swift Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (香港迅捷建築工程有限公司). From 2004 to 2012, he served at Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Corporation (深圳市市政工程總公司), and from 2012 to 2020, he successively served at Shenzhen Tagen Group Co., Ltd. (深圳市天健(集團)股份有限公司), Shenzhen Tagen Asphalt Road Engineering Co., Ltd. (深圳市天健瀝青道路工程有限公司) and Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Corporation (深圳市市政工程總公司).
He graduated from Changchun Taxation College (長春稅務學院) in 1993, majoring in accounting.
