GLP’s Hidden Hill Capital Retains Top Spot in Global Proptech Manager Ranking by PERE

 

Shanghai and Singapore, 6 November 2025 – GLP’s Hidden Hill Capital (“Hidden Hill”), the private equity arm of GLP China, has been ranked as the world’s largest real estate technology fund manager by PERE for the second consecutive year, with a total capital raise of US$2.29 billion for direct proptech investment capital between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2024.
